This wonderful pie came about by combining three separate recipes: Chocolate Pie Pastry (in Pies, Tarts & Crusts), Chocolate Mousse (in Desserts) and Mascarpone Whipped Cream (in Frostings & Fillings). For any chocoholic, this is a dream. The chocolate pastry makes the chocolate flavor complete, the mousse is silky smooth and takes barely more than 5 minutes to make and the mascarpone whipped cream means the whipped cream will not go soggy in the fridge.
